The winning company will have a successful pub estate of community focused pubs. The award is open to both managed and tenanted/leased operators.

This award will be presented to a highly successful tenanted or leased retail estate, which has between 10 and 199 sites.

This award will be presented to a highly successful tenanted or leased retail estate, which has over 200 sites.

This award will be presented to a highly successful managed retail estate, which has shown strong innovation and performance in the past year. It is open to operators with over 10 and up to 199 sites

This award will be presented to a highly successful managed retail estate, which has shown strong innovation and performance in the past year. It is open to operators with over 200 sites.

This award will be presented to a pub company that has focused on offering accommodation at over ten sites, as a successful addition to the business. Accommodation will play a significant part in contributing to the company's profits and helping drive trade.

The winning pub site will have opened during the past 12 months. The site will either be a new-build pub or the substantial re-development of an existing pub site.
This award will be presented to a pub company that combines their skills in running a successful microbrewing business with operating quality beer-focused pubs. The pubs will provide an effective vehicle for helping drive the brewery's products.

This award will be presented to a pub company that has launched a successful new food concept/menu in the past year. The menu innovation may be part of a new brand/concept or a new menu/concept as part of an established brand.

This award will be presented to a pub company that delivers a sucessful food offer across their estate, with food a key part of the company's total sales. This award is open to companies with over 50 sites.

This award will be presented to the pub company based on an assessment of what the company has achieved in three years ending November 2011. This award is open to any company that operates five or more pubs. 

This award will be presented to  the pub company that provides an excellent working environment for employees including top  training,  staff motivation and development structure for employees.

The award will be presented to the best pub brand. It may be the company's only brand or one of several brands within the company.
