Having grown up in the family hotel business, Chris has been exposed to the food and drinks industry from a young age. Rather than joining the family business, Chris went on to gain a BA in marketing and then further professional diplomas in digital marketing.
Over the last 15 years Chris has worked across all aspects of branding, media and marketing with some of the biggest media owners, blue-chip companies and agencies within tech, football, automotive and hospitality. More recently Lowe was Publisher on What Car? the UK’s leading automotive brand and European president for Car of the Year awards.
Currently he is responsible for one of the oldest publications, The Morning Advertiser, the largest media brand within the pub and bar sector as well as Top 50 Gastropubs and Great British Pub Awards. He has overseen the recent MA rebrand strategy, its relaunched website and event portfolio innovation.
