Fraser Anderson

Fraser has advised on acquisitions, disposals and refinancings involving over 30,000 pubs in the UK (over 75 transactions) since first becoming involved in the sector in 1999.  In the last 12 months this has included:

–          Sale of Admiral Taverns to Proprium and C&C

–          Sale of Hawthorn to NewRiver

–          Sale of Novus’ late night bars business to Stonegate

Prior to joining Sapient Corporate Finance in 2004, Fraser worked as a Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s corporate finance team, advising on S&N’s £2.5bn disposal of its retail pubs to Spirit; £3.6bn of acquisitions for Enterprise Inns; and Punch Taverns’ £1.2bn acquisition of Pubmaster.

Fraser qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999 and holds a BA Accountancy and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
