Recent clients include a broad cross section of the industry from pubs (Stonegate, Young’s, Oakman Inns), casual dining (Pizza Hut Restaurants, TGI Fridays, Browns) and fast casual (YO! Sushi, Wrapchic, Raising Canes). Client projects range from brand strategy/ brand relevance reviews to new concept development. He is also an advisor for a number of start-up businesses.
Previous corporate experience included Director of Marketing for Mitchells & Butler (projects involved Toby Carvery revitalisation and Miller & Carter creation) plus experience in Russia as Marketing Director for Rosinter Restaurant Group.
