Russell Allen

Russell’s passion for food started when holidaying in France as a child and seeing the amazing traiteurs. He went on to train as a chef at Solihull college and then worked at Buckland Manor, Simpsons Restaurant as well as classical French training at Les Plantagenets Restaurant. Russell took Aubrey Allen from Butchers Shop to Food Hall with the addition of a great cheese counter and chef prepared meals.

Russell loves pubs! – Working with them in partnership or enjoying their warm hospitality on days off.
