This has created a unique combination of topical, comprehensive daily coverage, together with essential analysis and insight of market data and trends. An early career included 8 years managing hotels with Hilton and Forte and a period working with Albert Roux, prior to spending 5 years running Pret a Manger in London, helping to grow the business from 10 stores to 80 during the late 1990s. A career in marketing followed, both with Compass Group and launching the FooGo range of branded convenience foods. Simon subsequently started working with Allegra 10 years ago.
